WebBloodflowers has everything there is to love about The Cure and that might not be enough for some people for a band 11 albums in, however, with great and consistent songwriting throughout I find this to be The Cure's most compelling record since 1992's Wish. WebBloodflowers, The Cure's 11th studio album, was their last release with their longtime label, Fiction Records (an imprint of Polydor). They'd been with the company since they released their debut single, " Killing An Arab ," in 1978. The album was nominated for Best Alternative Music Album at the 2001 Grammy Awards but lost to Radiohead's Kid A.
