WebHello Last month my fast sugar was 120.25 and PP was 149.75 and Hba1c was 6.3 and today fast sugar is 117.23 and PP 130.46. What I need to do for reduce fast sugar. daily doing cycling 12km out door. 6km walking, 30 min exercise. No sweet, no potato, no rice, no nonveg from last 4 month. But still fast sugar is high.
