After controling the whole gallaxy with about 90 sectors with about 120 planets to which i only set focus and pumped resources into, i went to go through them because of all the deviancy alerts i was getting. "Shulmak" is excluded from Sector. The planet in this system isn't included in Sector window as a planet in that sector, so it isn't a graphical display issue - that system is just not in the sector.

I found the name of the planet as well as the sector number in the file, I also added the planet ID (trough the in game debugtooltip) to the sector of my choice and completely deleted the previous sector from the file.
